Marketing Plan

img_0425.jpg

Given my time and the valuable skills I learned at IAC, here's how I plan to approach my career following my internship:

01.

Job Titles to Seek:

1.) Photographer

I have always enjoyed photography, and being able to do so for the pictorial directory was incredibly rewarding. I could either seek to freelance or work for a company/organization like IAC.

2.) Video Editor

One of my favorite jobs in my time at IAC was making the video announcements. I feel that an all encompassing position in video production and editing would be an enjoyable role.

3.) Media Planner

Media planners help clients determine where to purchase and place advertisements to reach their intended audience and maximize their revenue. I enjoyed this aspect of work at IAC with advertising for VBS. It was rewarding to see how many people showed up from determining the correct demographic.

02.

Organizational Environment Desired:

Ministry has proven to be a rather relaxing and lowkey work environment. I was able to create my own hours and navigate my projects in the comfort of a shared office. Given that I'm a relatively introverted person when it comes to my work, I feel that I will seek to find other job opportunities with peaceful, calm, and personal work environments. I do enjoy working amongst others, and that was available to me also. Everyone had their own tasks in their own spaces, but we were able to connect often and help  one another out.

03.

Career Patterns to follow:

All of the staff that I worked alongside had incredible career maturity. Characteristics I will aim to adopt are:

  • Confidence in one's performance

  • Interest in self-improvement

  • Finance management and decision-making skills

  • Leadership & management skills

  • Event planning organization
